General Information of Brazil ANATEL RF/ Telecom Approval
- ANATEL (National Agency of Telecommunications) is official body responsible for the homologation of telecom products.
- ANATEL certification is mandatory for all radio frequency and telecom products.
- ANATEL requires in-country testing.
- Prior to shipping or merchandizing products in Brazil, the local representative should acquire ANATEL Homologation for all telecom products after obtaining certificates issued by ANATEL accredited test lab.
